We strictly prohibit any form of copyright infringement and blacklist all copyrighted content from appearing in our search results. Here are important notes about copyright claims:

1. BSUME adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will promptly revoke access to content that is claimed to infringe upon copyright when a valid notification is received. We are dedicated to safeguarding the rights of copyright holders and ensuring that our platform is not utilized to violate the copyrights of others.

2. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed on BSUME, please submit a copyright infringement notice to us via email. Please ensure that your notice contains the following information to comply with Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:

  • Statement of Identity: Please indicate that you are: a) the owner of the copyrighted work b) A representative who is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is claimed to have been infringed. Please include a physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clearly specify the copyrighted work that is alleged to have been infringed. – Identification of the Infringing Content: Identify the content that is claimed to be infringing and the specific content that needs to be removed or access to which needs to be disabled. Please provide sufficient information so that RetaTube can locate the content, including the URL.
  • Contact Information: Provide reasonable contact information so that we can contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and a valid email address. – Statement: A declaration that you sincerely believe the use of the content in question is not permitted by the copyright owner, their representative, or applicable law.
  • Statement of Accuracy: A declaration that the information provided in the notification is correct and, under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorized to represent the owner of the exclusive right that is claimed to be infringed. 3. Upon receiving a valid notification, we will suspend access to the content that is alleged to infringe copyright, as mandated by law. We will promptly notify the relevant user and give them an opportunity to respond.
